3) JAMES BENIGNE BOSSUET (The Eagle of Meaux) as Bishop of Condom, September 21, 1670. He was transferred to the see of Meaux by Pope Clement X, 1671. He, in turn, consecrated in the church of Chartreuse, Paris,

Luego se instituye en Colombia la Iglesia Vetero bajo el nombre de IGLESIA MISIONEROS VETEROS DE NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA ALEGRIA, de la cual es el presidente.

24) + Monseñor Victor Hugo García Cotés es Consagrado Obispo en la Ciudad de Bogota, Colombia el 20 de Septiembre del año 2008 de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, por Imposición de manos del Arzobispo, Monseñor Gonzalo Jaramillo Hoyos, participando como obispos co-consagrantes, Monseñor Ernesto Beltrán y Monseñor Luís Alfonso Parra Dávila. Siendo nombrado Obispo Primado de México.
